Büxie is a UK-based activewear brand operating at wearebuxie.com. References to "Büxie", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Büxie brand and its operators.

By placing an order on wearebuxie.com you agree to these terms in full.

All products currently available on wearebuxie.com are preorders. By placing a preorder you are committing to purchase the item at the stated price.

Full payment is taken at the time of ordering via Stripe. Your card will be charged immediately on checkout.

Preorders ship in August 2026. We will notify you by email of your exact dispatch date.

Every Büxie is made to order for your specific size following your preorder. As a made-to-order product, your Büxie is personalised to your size specification.

Made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)).

By completing your preorder you confirm that you understand your item is made to order and that the statutory right to cancel does not apply.

We offer exchanges on all Büxie products in accordance with our Exchange Policy at wearebuxie.com/returns-and-exchanges.

We do not offer cash refunds except in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund. Contact community@wearebuxie.com immediately with your order number and photographic evidence.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Büxie does not store your card details.

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy at wearebuxie.com/shipping.

All content on wearebuxie.com — including images, copy, brand assets, product designs, and The Büxie Fitter — is the intellectual property of Büxie and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Büxie's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
