Büxie launches with a limited first run. All orders are made to order and ship together in August 2026.
You will receive:
- ·A confirmation email immediately after ordering
- ·A dispatch notification email when your Büxie ships, including your tracking number
- ·Estimated delivery 2–4 working days after dispatch (UK)

Tracking your order
As soon as your Büxie ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 working days of your expected dispatch date, email community@wearebuxie.com and we'll look into it immediately.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched.
If you need to update your address before your order ships, email community@wearebuxie.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Missing or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email community@wearebuxie.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll resolve it within 24 hours — a replacement or refund, your choice.
